July 28, 2014 (Los Angeles, CA) – The Tony Hawk Foundation announced it is returning to Beverly Hills for its 11th-Annual Tony Hawk’s Stand Up For Skateparks Benefit on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Green Acres Estate. Tickets for this one-of-a-kind action-sports exhibition are on sale now. The event will be headlined by DJ Z-Trip with Special Guests.

DJ Z-Trip Joins Tony Hawk for the Action Sports Festival Benefiting the Tony Hawk Foundation
Tony Hawk’s Stand Up For Skateparks benefit is a family-friendly action-sports carnival that includes games, food, and live and silent auctions with one-of-a-kind items and experiences. In addition to a special live performance by DJ Z-Trip and Special Guests, the event will also feature a Vert Demo with Tony and other skateboarding and BMX icons riding Hawk’s personal ramp. Proceeds support the Tony Hawk Foundation’s mission to empower youth through the creation of free, quality, public skateparks in low-income communities throughout the U.S., and Internationally with programs that enrich the lives of youth through skateboarding.
This year’s event will be Co-Chaired by Tony Hawk and DJ Z-Trip. Benefit Committee members include Ron Burkle, Eve and Maximillion Cooper, Fred Durst, Etty and Perry Farrell, Jon Favreau, Brian Austin Green, Mat Hoffman, Bobby Kotick, Jason Lee, Tommy Lee, Chuck Liddell, Howie Mandel, Rodney Mullen, Lyn-Z and Travis Pastrana, Chris Sacca, Sultan AlSaud, Christian Slater, Henry Stupp, Robert Trujillo, Steve Van Doren, Mark Wahlberg, Lori and Bill Walton, and Shaun White.

Tony Hawk Foundation
A charitable, non-profit organization, the Tony Hawk Foundation was established in 2002 by its namesake, professional skateboarder Tony Hawk. THF promotes and provides technical assistance and funds for high-quality public skateparks in low-income areas throughout the United States that promote healthy, active lifestyles, and to International programs that enrich the lives of youth through skateboarding.
Domestically, the Foundation’s Skatepark Grant program has awarded over $5.2-million to 556 communities in all 50 states.
