Josh Cook

Josh Cook is a partner at Lowenstein Sandler in the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) group, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He represents emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, and private equity funds, advising clients across the full corporate lifecycle, including formation, venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Josh works with companies across a range of technology sectors, including software, fintech, and emerging technologies. He counsels founders and boards on strategic and operational matters as they scale their businesses.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Josh practiced at leading technology-focused law firms, including Goodwin and Gunderson Dettmer, where he advised high-growth companies and investors in venture-backed transactions.

In addition to his legal practice, Josh has experience working closely with founders and operators, giving him a practical perspective on the challenges of building and scaling companies.
